Walk-in asbestos testing for homeowners and contractors

Drop off a sample at our lab at 400 Esna Park Drive in Markham and we’ll tell you whether it contains asbestos. The lab is CALA accredited for asbestos analysis, and samples that reach us before 1 PM get results by 5 PM the same day. Walk-in testing starts at $50 per sample.

Most people who walk in are about to renovate. They’ve pulled up old floor tile or found a textured ceiling in a house built before the 1980s, and they want an answer before anyone starts cutting.

Want us to take the samples?

Some clients would rather not take samples themselves. Our hazardous materials team can come to the property, collect the samples and have them tested. That’s quoted as a separate job. Call 905-475-7755 and ask for the Hazmat team, or read about our designated substance surveys.
